Who We Are

YOUTHX (YouthX is Open Useful Technologies Hub’s Experiments) is an open research collective dedicated to ethical artificial intelligence, open technologies, native programming languages, and practical computing education. We believe that technology must remain free and accessible: if it is open, it is transparent; if it is open, it belongs to everyone.

We conduct research in artificial intelligence, develop experimental tools and software, and publish our findings openly to contribute to a culture of shared knowledge. Projects Developed Under YouthX

YouthX serves as the incubator and open-source home for several high-impact technology initiatives:

  1. Hüma Programming Language (Hüma Lang):
    A high-level programming language designed specifically around Turkish grammar and agglutinative word order, eliminating the syntax barrier for non-English speakers and accelerating algorithmic understanding.

  2. Hilal Browser:
    An independent, modern, privacy-focused desktop browser built on Mozilla Gecko with Google Material 3 Expressive UI design and custom productivity features (github.com/YouthX-Research/huma-browser).

  3. NASA Space Apps Challenge (Meteorological Analysis Platform):
    An automated meteorological analysis platform utilizing NASA Earth science datasets (EarthAccess API), Cartopy geospatial visualizations, and Google Gemini AI insights (github.com/YouthX-Research/nasa-hackathon).

  4. “From Data to AI” (Veriden Yapay Zekâya) & GençTek AI Courses:
    Comprehensive, hands-on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science training programs delivered by Egehan Kahraman across 6 extensive modules covering data wrangling, classical ML algorithms, neural networks, and LLMs (genctek-sunum.vercel.app).

Recent Milestones & Developments

🎓 ICETOL 2026 International Conference Presentation & Session Chairmanship

At the ICETOL 2026 (International Conference on Educational Technology and Online Learning) held in Bremen, Germany, our paper “A Turkish Grammar-Aware Approach to Introductory Programming” was presented internationally, demonstrating the empirical impact of native-language programming syntax on novice learners.

In addition, Egehan Kahraman served as Session Chair during the academic conference proceedings.
